The citizens of the Town of Wake Forest have spoken and their cries have been answered! For the first time in the history of the Town of Wake Forest, alcohol is allowed to be sold by a private organization on public property. Guess who that first beer to be sold will come from? None other than…drumroll please…Blackbird Brewery! We are thrilled to announce Blackbird Brewery beer will be served at all FUNGO games at Flaherty Park this summer.
FUNGO, the Town of Wake Forest’s Collegiate summer woodbat baseball team in the Carolina Collegiate League, brings all the fast-paced energy of live collegiate game play to our very own Flaherty Park. With games all summer long, your family can now experience all the sights, sounds and excitement of America’s favorite pastime. And now, for the first time, you can enjoy the game with a cold beer from Blackbird Brewery!
