Blackbird Brewery and Bodega Tapas are collaborating for the first time to bring you a unique, 7-course, beer & tapas dinner. The dinner will be held at Bodega Tapas on White Street in Wake Forest, NC June 13th at 6:30 PM. Each course has been carefully curated, pairing Blackbird Brewery beers with the Bodega tapas-style cuisine.
Beer dinners are one of Ian and Harmony’s favorite events to host, especially when they get to partner with some of the Triangle’s top culinary experts. Working with Chef Serge Falcoz-Vigne to develop the menu has been a very exciting process. He spent hours with Ian and Harmony learning about the brewing process, smelling and tasting the beers to ensure they are used in the best way possible in or with a dish. When asked what inspired the event, Harmony replied, “Engaging with guests on another level and being able to really share our passion for brewing is what a dinner is all about. Ian and I love to connect with our customers on this level. The taproom is always so busy it can be hard to talk in detail about our beers with so many distractions.”
The beer and tapas dinner will offer Blackbird fans a more intimate experience as we dive into recipe development, history of beer styles, and how Blackbird Brewery has come to exist.
