- Technicolor West Coast IPA: A vibrant mix of Cashmere, Mosaic, Chinook, and Idaho 7 hops, delivering a burst of fruit flavors.
- West Coast Pale Ale with Cascade: A citrus-forward pale ale that sits between an IPA and a lager, made with the classic Cascade hop.
- Hazy IPA Featuring El Dorado, Elani, NZ Motueka, and CTZ: This hazy IPA balances orange/pineapple flavors with a touch of bitterness.
- No Si Salted Lime Lager: A refreshing lager with lime and salt, complemented by a corn tortilla flavor from flaked maize, perfect for warm weather.
- Sunshine Sour: A tropical smoothie sour with pineapple, orange, apricot, and marshmallow, available in cans.

- April 17th (6:30-8:30 PM): Winebow Wine Tasting at Bird’s Nest at Blackbird – Join us for an unforgettable evening of wine tasting with Dominic DeCastro from Winebow. - April 19th (7-9 PM): Cabaret Night with Miss Candice at Bird’s Nest at Blackbird – You don’t want to miss this unforgettable evening with the talented jazz chanteuse, Miss Candice! With her captivating blend of 1920s–1960s jazz and show tunes, Miss Candice will transport you to the golden age of cabaret. Enjoy the romantic ambiance, sip a craft cocktail, and experience a night of style, elegance, and musical brilliance in an intimate setting.
- April 27th: German Beer Brunch at The Bird’s Nest – Join us for an intimate, casual beer brunch hosted by our very own brewers, featuring German food paired with German beers. Enjoy a guided discussion on beer history and styles while savoring small bites expertly prepared by Zacki’s Culinary Creations out of Durham. Get your tickets now—seating is limited!
- April 30th (6–8 PM): Wine Tasting with Winebow in the Taproom – Sample a carefully curated selection of exceptional wines, led by a sommelier from Winebow. We’re celebrating in style with two exclusive behind-the-scenes brewery tours (purchase your tour tickets here), an outdoor beer tent, and delicious food including crab boils from FishinShrimp. - Pastry Stout: A collaboration brew with Corporate Ladder, featuring cocoa nibs and an 11% ABV.
- Milk Stout: A creamy and chocolatey stout, possibly with coffee, at 6% ABV.

Great news, craft beer lovers! Blackbird Brewery is now serving up our finest brews at Phillips Farms in Cary, NC, at the exclusive Blackbird Brewery Beer Shed. This cozy spot will be open during the farm’s special events, serving refreshing draft beers and cans, perfect for enjoying while you explore the farm’s family-friendly activities. Don’t forget to grab a four-pack to take home! Come unwind, sip on a local favorite, and enjoy everything Phillips Farms has to offer.
- April 5th (10 AM – 5 PM): Grand Reopening and Kids Day for Caison – Mark your calendar for this special day honoring the life of Caison Levert. Enjoy all the seasonal fun Phillips Farms has to offer, including bounce pillows, wagon rides, a petting zoo, live music, food trucks, and a farmers and crafts market. Blackbird Brewery will be pouring draft and to-go beers at the Blackbird shed in the fun park. A portion of ticket sales will support the Levert family.
