New Releases
- They Kilt It – Scottish-style Amber Ale: Showcasing five crystal malts from England and Belgium, this ale offers caramel and dark fruit flavors with a touch of toasted malt. Cold fermentation highlights the malt sweetness. 6.7% ABV
- Pre-Pro – Pre-Prohibition Lager: Celebrate American independence with this crisp lager made from local ingredients. Cumberland corn and Avalon barley from Riverbend Malt House and New York Perle hops come together in this refreshing brew. 4.9% ABV
- Fanum Tax – English Porter: This low-gravity English Porter offers a soft, roasty flavor, perfect for enjoying all night without feeling weighed down. 4.4% ABV
- Pay The Man – Hazy IPA: The third in our series of slightly drier hazy IPAs featuring Vermont yeast, we brewed Pay the Man Hazy IPA with 100% Simcoe hops and tweaked the body and haze level. 6.8% ABV
- There Is No Spoon – Hazy IPA:Dedicated to those who see beyond the ordinary, we brewed this hazy IPA with Neomexicanus Talus and HBC 586 hops for peachy coconut vibes. 8.0% ABV
- Walkabout Creek – West Coast Aussie Pale Ale: Bringing Australia to Wake Forest, this Pale Ale is mashed with Daybreak yeast and hopped with Australian-grown Vic Secret and Strata for dank, piney flavors. 5.6% ABV
- Kanpai – Rice Lager: Inspired by Japanese brewing traditions, this light and delicate lager features sushi rice and floral Lorien hops, with over 40% of its content from rice. 5.2% ABV

- Get Pitted – West Coast IPA: Perfect for summer, this West Coast IPA features Citra, Simcoe, and Riwaka hops, delivering a pungent, classic hop character on a dry, crisp malt base. 6.8% ABV

July 3rd Fireworks Extravaganza 12-10PM
Join us at Blackbird Brewery on July 3rd for a spectacular view of the Town of Wake Forest Fireworks Show! Enjoy delicious seafood from Fishin’ Shrimp, a variety of beverages from our bar, and live music all day long. Dogs are welcome on the patio, and you can bring your own food or support nearby restaurants. Get ready for a night of celebration, community, and incredible fireworks!
We’re open on the 4th of July! Thursday, July 4th, we’ll be open 1:00-10:00PM with live music from Jordan Alikraish 3-6PM and a plethora of cold beverages for you to enjoy!

Every Wednesday in July, a winner will be selected to receive a $25 gift card! Crokinole Comes to Blackbird Brewery July 10th 6-8PM
Get ready to test your skills and have a blast with friends! Introducing the Crokinole League at Blackbird Brewery! Crokinole is an exhilarating tabletop game that blends elements of shuffleboard and curling, requiring precision and strategy. All skill levels are welcome, boards are provided, and the group meets monthly from 6-8PM.
Farmers Market Hosted by The Family Bee’s-ness LLC July 13th 4:30-7:30PM
Support local farmers and artisans while enjoying a cold beverage! The Family Bee’s-ness LLC, our hosts, will have grass fed beef, pasture-raised pork, raw honey, Elderberry syrup, soap and many other foods and products! Summer of Riesling Wine Tasting at Bird’s Nest at Blackbird July 31st 6-8PM
Join us for an exquisite evening at the cocktail bar next-door, Bird’s Nest at Blackbird, as we celebrate the Summer of Riesling with a special wine tasting event.
Matt Matthews from Proof Wine & Spirits will expertly guide you through a delightful sampling of 4-5 handpicked Rieslings.
