Pre-Pro – Pre-Prohibition Lager

To celebrate American independence we put together a crisp refreshing lager featuring 100% local ingredients sourced from small, independent businesses.  Asheville’s Riverbend Malt House supplied Cumberland corn from Tennessee which we cereal mashed and then combined with their Avalon barley grown in Virginia.  It’s then hopped with New York grown Perle, cold fermented and lagered.
