Crafting a Better Beer Garden Experience: Community Collaboration at Its Finest

Covered Patio areaAs we gather around the taps, sharing laughter, stories, and sipping on our favorite brews, it’s essential to take a moment to reflect on the importance of keeping our brewery experience as enjoyable and safe as possible. At Blackbird Brewery, we cherish each and every one of you, and we want nothing more than to ensure that every visit to our brewery is filled with good vibes and great memories.

We’re thrilled to share that, thanks to your collective efforts, we’ve witnessed a remarkable decrease in issues in the beer garden. It’s a testament to the incredible spirit of our community, coming together to enhance the experience for all our guests! While there’s always room for improvement, we’re immensely thankful to everyone who has wholeheartedly made the effort to adhere to our rules. Your dedication has not gone unnoticed. From the depths of our hearts, we express our deepest appreciation for ensuring our beer garden remains a haven where everyone feels cherished and valued.

Beer Garden during business hoursWhile we have seen a decrease in ball activities in the beer garden, we know not everyone has become aware of our no ball policy. So as we ramp up outdoor time, we want to remind everyone there are no balls allowed in the beer garden. With that in mind, we’d like to take a moment to review our beer garden rules. Think of them as the hops and barley that form the backbone of our delicious brews – necessary ingredients for a stellar experience.

What are the beer garden rules?
  • No throwing rocks, mud, sticks, etc. over the fence.
  • No climbing/jumping on the furniture.
  • Please clean up your trash.
  • Please bring glasses to the bus tub on the sidewalk or to the bar.
  • No balls of any kind permitted.
  • Please stay within 8 feet of all children under 13 and please keep an eye on them. While we offer a large fenced area to play, safety is a priority.
  • No one is permitted behind the brewery.
  • Please step away from the patio to smoke and dispose of your butts.
  • Please keep your furry friend on a leash.

Remember, these rules aren’t meant to rain on anyone’s parade. Instead, they’re here to ensure that the good times keep rolling for everyone. By following these guidelines, we can continue to cultivate a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for all who walk through our doors. Thank you for being the heart and soul of our brewery community. Your support means the world to us, and we can’t wait to raise a glass with you soon!
