Beer Releases

Daybreak — West Coast IPA

Brighten up your day with our invigorating West Coast IPA. This small-batch experiment is available now and uses Citra and Simcoe hops to deliver classic piney, citrus-forward flavors, while our Daybreak yeast brings a subtle haze to an otherwise crisp, clean pour. It’s clear enough to see the morning sun in your glass, yet just a hint of haze keeps things mysterious. A perfect start to any day—or any night that feels like day.

Small Batch Pumpkin Ale (Name TBD)

Falling leaves, crisp air, and pumpkin spice—our limited Small Batch Pumpkin Ale was inspired by our super festive Phillips Farms crowd. With only a handful of kegs and cans available beginning this week, this one’s a fleeting autumnal treat. Expect gentle pumpkin sweetness balanced by warm spice, all wrapped up in a cozy, drinkable ale. It’s the taste of fall in a can—get it before it disappears.

American IPA (Name TBD)

A nod to the golden age of IPAs, our American IPA will be out in the next few days. This IPA blends Citra, Simcoe, and Columbus hops with crystal malt for a glowing amber hue. Traditional American yeast keeps things grounded, letting the hops shine without distraction. Bold yet approachable, this is the kind of IPA that takes you back—before haze and hyper-hop domination, when hops and balance ruled the day.

Hazy IPA (Name TBD)

Plug in and dive into a world of haze with our upcoming Neomexicanus hazy IPA—available next week. Expect juicy, tropical flavors and soft, pillowy body—perfect for those who like their IPAs with a side of mystery. Each sip is a step deeper into the haze…but you’ll have to wait for the name. That’s a little surprise, coming soon for all the Matrix fans among us.

Nightman — Black IPA

The darkness has never tasted so good. Nightman—available mid-October—is our hop-forward Black IPA, teetering between black and deep brown, with bold roasted flavors that don’t overwhelm the hops. To achieve this, we use a roasted malt concentrate from Weyermann Specialty Malts in Bamberg, Germany—giving the rich, coffee-chocolate notes of a traditional black IPA without the stacked bitterness. Perfect for Halloween or any night craving a little shadowy mischief, Nightman is balanced, bold, and just a touch mischievous—just like its namesake.

Munich-Style Dunkel

Oktoberfest vibes don’t have to end—our Munich-style Dunkel will be released in mid-October! Now in its third year, this malty, smooth lager celebrates tradition with every pour. Rich caramel notes, a gentle toastiness, and a deep amber glow make it a cozy companion for crisp autumn evenings—or anytime you want that classic fall flavor. Prost!

West Coast IPA Collaboration (Name TBD)

Two breweries, one bold IPA. We are collaborating with Brass Collar Brewing Co. to brew a West Coast IPA that layers Strata and Citra hops. The result is bright, zesty citrus and subtle tropical notes, balanced by a clean, crisp finish. This toast to friendship, hops, and brewing creativity will be available late this month.

Kari’s Beer — Pink Fruit Beer

Celebrate the season and a cause with Kari’s Beer, our playful, pink-hued ale, coming late this month. A combination of fruit brings beautiful color and bright, juicy flavor to the glass. Light, slightly sweet, and perfectly balanced with a touch of wheat, it’s a fun pour with purpose—raising awareness and supporting the community, one sip at a time.

Hazy Pale Ale & Hazy IPA (Names and Hops TBD)

We have two new hazy releases coming soon at the end of October. Stay tuned for our Hazy Pale Ale and Hazy IPA—both bringing the haze you love in a soft, smooth, and unapologetically Blackbird way.
