It presents inviting aromas of crushed gravel, honeysuckle, and mandarin orange, complemented by flavors of key lime and citrus. Its firm structure and focused palate lead to a finish of wet stone and apricot puree.

Harvey & Harriet White Blend paired with Butterfinger & Sharp Cheddar: The 2022 vintage showcases pineapple, pear, and honey, with notes of citrus, stone fruit, and refreshing acidity perfectly balanced by a creamy, textured mid-palate. The oak-accented finish adds a tasteful touch, making it an enticing experience. Blend: 50% Chardonnay, 18% Chenin Blanc, 14% Grüner Veltliner, 10% Albariño, 8% Viognier.

Outlier Pinot Noir paired with Crunch Bar & Camembert: Our debut release reveals a brilliant ruby red hue and complex aromas of chaparral, cherry blossom, rhubarb, and cranberry, with subtle notes of forest floor, mint, and truffle. The palate offers an exuberant mix of red and black fruit flavors, including black cherry, boysenberry, and Cara Cara orange, with supple tannins and uplifting acidity. A finish of iron, mocha, and rose hip adds depth.
