Classic Trappist-style amber ale using Belgian yeast and malts. We mash this long with several temperature steps to create a unique array of sugars for the yeast to turn it into something special. Light esters blend with bready, biscuity base malts with some dark fruit and molasses notes in the finish from dark crystal malts and candi syrup. It’s downright pleasant. 7.2% ABV
