Road Tripel – Belgian-Style Tripel

Raleigh’s CARBOY homebrew club won the 2025 Triangle Cup and got their pick of a brewery to make a collaboration beer with. They picked us! The crew came over, grilled a bunch of hot dogs and burgers, washed a bunch of kegs, and brewed a Belgian Tripel. We spared no expense to make an authentic true to style beer. Belgian inspired mash with five temperature steps, Belgian pilsner and aromatic malts, Belgian candi syrup, Belgian yeast, and hopped with Mittelfrüh and Kazbek. 8.7% ABV
