Pink Phantom – Raspberry Gose

Part of our staff beer series where each team member gets a chance to choose a beer style and spend a day creating it themselves on the brewhouse!  This one is Mindi’s turn!  She brewed a German style sour with sea salt called a Gose (pronounced goe-zuh), and as fermentation was tailing off she poured in a whole bunch of raspberry puree and turned it light pink with a nice framboise aroma.  Summertime!
