The third in our series of slightly drier hazies with Vermont yeast. We Paid The Man and kept tweaking the body and haze level to get it closer to our vision. We’re particularly fond of the Simcoe we’ve found lately so we decided to go 100% Simcoe for this one. Do the work and get er done!
