Nightman – Black IPA

Nightman, sneaky and mean, spider inside my dreams, I think I love you. Brewed with a blend of dehusked roasted malts and a roasted malt syrup. This is to limit the roast bite while achieving our desired color and flavor. Hopped with Citra, Simcoe, and CTZ. Our first Black IPA and the counterpart to our Dayman WC IPA, it might seem wrong, but it’s just right. 7% ABV
