West Coast IPA

Clean and crushable modern West Coast IPAs are one of our favorite styles. Lighter color with more restrained bitterness than the IPAs we grew up on but just as flavorful. New hopping methods and advanced hop products are at play here to seek good flavor attributes and leave behind the bad ones. This one is juicy up front with tropical notes from Citra and Mosaic Cryo followed by a dry finish and dank edge from Strata CGX hops.
