Marigold Magic – West Coast Pale Ale

Brewed in collaboration with Plexus Capital for Children’s Flight of Hope, an organization that makes essential, life-changing, and life-saving care attainable for families across the country. We put together a pale ale with a few bells and whistles. Step mashed with a single decoction for a deeper and balanced malt presence, orangey El Dorado and lemony Cashmere hops for a bright citrus flavor, and fermented with a special yeast strain that adds tropical nuance while still maintaining a dry and crisp West Coast profile. 5.6% ABV
