Left Coast Crush – West Coast IPA

Your contributions help us deplete our IPA inventory, giving us an excuse to take another crack at the style. We increased the IBUs a bit on this one with co2 hop extract, tried a new yeast strain and a new malt blend, all intended to highlight Strata and Mosaic hops with a clean and dry delivery.
