A collaborative charity effort started by Dssolvr Brewery in Asheville. Profits go to the brewing industry in Western NC devastated by Helene. They put together a base recipe and then we all brew it with the variations of our own equipment and processes. Pilsner malt, wheat and flaked oats make for a fluffy malt body and then hopped with stanky Mosaic and Orangey El Dorado hops. It’s delightful and well balanced.
