Thiolized hazy IPA that uses a yeast strain that converts compounds from the malt and hops into intensely tropical aromas. Thiols are what give NZ Sauvignon Blanc its signature aroma, and we’re stealing that for beer. We went Hard In The Paint and did all the things that express thiols, including hopping the mash and using Sauv Blanc grape skins in the kettle. Then we paired it with loads of Neomexicanus Sabro and Krush cryo for the dry hop to make a profile that didn’t exist pre 2020. 7.5% ABV
