Get These Hats Off Me Thiolized Hazy IPA

Hats are great. They keep the sun off your face, you don’t have to fix your hair in the morning, and they can tell the world who your favorite brewery is without the uncomfortable burden of stopping strangers on the street to let them know. But some people just don’t like how hats feel, and when they scream Get These Hats Off Me while they’re talking in their sleep we just don’t know a better way to help them than brew a beer in their honor. This is our first foray into IPA brewed with “thiolized” yeast. Expect a layer of tropical notes reminiscent of guava playing with Mosaic and HBC 586 hops. Think of it as a hat for an IPA.
