Digital Ouija Board – Decocted Italian Pilsner

Collaboration with Tasty Beverage in Raleigh. We combined the concepts for Czech Pilsner with Italian Pilsner. The ingredients and brewing process are all Czech. Floor malted pilsner malt, decoction mashed, hopped with Czech Kazbek. The recipe specs are all Italian Pils. Lower kettle hops and IBUs than a Czech beer and lightly dry hopped with Kazbek instead of the German varieties used in Italian Pils. 5.1% ABV
