Crossfade – Hazy IPA

Around 2020, before Blackbird, our brewers Ian and Mikey used to try their damndest at making a good balanced Hazy with a couple of their favorite hops. Australian Vic Secret and Idaho 7. Both of these hops are similar in having some great tropical pineapple traits but can also have some pine and dank. It mostly comes down to the profile of that particular box of hops, and also dry hopping in a way to minimize dank overpowering the fruit. After years more experience they had confidence to try this again and it’s pretty awesome. 7.5% ABV
