The first of our new series of hazies using a different yeast strain, Cosmic Punch. Mega Motueka hops are added to the mash and whirlpool, an NZ hop that’s been pelletized with “Phantasm”, or Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc skins for their thiol precursors. It’s then dry hopped with Riwaka, Motueka and Nelson.
