Cool Runnings – Cold IPA

Feel the rhythm! Feel the rhyme! Get on up, it’s bobsled time! This West Coast IPA tries its hand at some cooler brewing techniques. Essentially a rice lager, we cereal mashed short grain sushi rice and fermented it cold with lager yeast before warming it up to be dry hopped like an IPA. Hopped with NZ Motueka, Citra, and tropical terpenes from Australian Galaxy hops. 6.8% ABV
