Collab with Trophy Brewing Company. Our take on a pastry stout made utilizing local malt from Carolina Malt House and Epiphany Craft Malt, Milk Sugar, Madagascar Vanilla Beans and Saigon Cinnamon. This beer has intense aromas of freshly baked Snickerdoodle cookies, a restrained roasted quality alongside sweet chocolate, fresh baking spice and warming vanilla. Like the cookie, this beer was brewed to be complex and enticing, yet balanced enough to draw you back for a second batch.
