Cacao Is My Safe Word – Milk Stout

An experimental beer to try new things and reach new heights in our brewing experience. Raw Ecuadorian cacao beans were roasted in house, ground by hand then infused into a decadent batch of Milk Stout. They rest together for as long as it takes to reach maximum flavor, and then removed right before it gets unsafe with bitterness. Cacao to cacao. 6.0% ABV
