Bayou Boogaloo – Dark Lager

Each team member at Blackbird gets a chance to choose a beer style, work with brewers on the recipe and spend a day creating it themselves on the brewhouse! This one is Hunter’s turn! This beer was brewed as an homage to a dark lager brewed by an honored, now defunct, New Orleans brewery who specialized in traditional German styles. Brewed with roasted malt, caramel malt, and chocolate malts. Laissez les bon temps rouler! 5.9% ABV
