Join Unita Yoga at Blackbird Brewery for a one-hour vinyasa flow followed by a wide variety of cold beverages to enjoy from the menu and a light lunch provided by Rebekah Werner, Unita Yoga owner and operator.
Not sure about yoga? Wanting to combine community with your yoga practice? Come give it a try! Whether you’ve never tried yoga or have been practicing for decades, each class provides ample opportunity to scale up or scale down your practice. ALL ages and abilities are welcome!
No mat? No problem! All Unita Yoga events have mats and blocks available on site.
