Three Silos Barbeque 6th Annual Competition

Smoke will fill the air once again as Three Silos Barbeque fires up its 6th Annual Barbeque Competition at Silo Park in Holding Village. Join fellow barbeque lovers for a day centered around slow-smoked meats, friendly competition, cold drinks, and community celebration.

Pitmasters will battle it out across the grills serving up bold flavors, tender bites, and serious barbeque craftsmanship, while guests soak in the atmosphere with live energy and plenty to sip along the way provided by Blackbird Brewery. We’ll be pouring beer throughout the competition, because great barbeque deserves a great pint beside it.

Teams will compete in Best Overall and People’s Choice categories. For the competition, teams will cook pork shoulder, picanha, and belly that you may sample and vote on. Attendance and samples are free! There will be an inflatable on site of the kids as well as music. Our very own Wake Forest Mayor Ben Clapsaddle will be a member of the judging panel.
