July 3rd Fireworks Extravaganza

Our 4th Annual July 3rd Fireworks Extravaganza is back, and we’re throwing the ultimate summer party before the sky lights up over Wake Forest.

Spend the evening with us as the beer flows, the music gets louder, and the excitement builds toward one of the area’s biggest holiday traditions. Whether you’re gathering with friends, meeting up with family, or simply looking for the perfect place to spend July 3rd, Blackbird is the place to settle in for an unforgettable night of food, drinks, live entertainment, and celebration.

The soundtrack for the evening starts with DJ Jamie spinning crowd favorites from 5pm-7pm before the Adam Lee Decker Band takes over from 7pm-10pm. From singalongs and dancing to raising a pint with your crew, the music will keep the party going all night long.

Come hungry because The Butcher’s Market will be onsite serving up their fan-favorite food selections throughout the event. Pair it with a fresh Blackbird beer and enjoy a summer evening filled with great flavors, great company, and all the energy that makes this one of our favorite events of the year.

As the evening reaches its peak, look to the skies for the Town of Wake Forest’s annual Fireworks Spectacular. Drawing thousands of attendees each year, the community celebration features an incredible fireworks display that begins around 9:30pm and serves as one of Wake Forest’s signature summer traditions. It’s the perfect grand finale to a night spent celebrating with friends, family, and neighbors.

For those looking to upgrade their experience, a very limited number of 10×10 lawn spaces in our beer garden will be available for purchase beginning June 17 at 12pm. Each reserved space includes four drink vouchers, one parking pass, and your own designated lawn area for the evening. Quantities are extremely limited and expected to sell quickly.
