This event includes a guided tasting of five exquisite French wines, including:

1. Collette Beaujolais Blanc 2022: From 100% Chardonnay, crafted by Jacky Gauthier of Domaine de Colette in Lantignié, a premier Beaujolais village. Expect floral notes, honeysuckle, and lime, with refreshing citrus on the finish.
2. Collette Beaujolais-Villages 2023: Vibrant ruby-red wine with youthful aromas and flavors of red berries. As it matures, expect layers of ripe, even jammy fruit to emerge, adding unexpected complexity.
3. Domaine de la Madone Beaujolais-Village Nouveau le Perreon 2024: Delight in aromas of raspberries, cherry blossoms, and minerals with flavors of red berries and a touch of spice.
4. Hoppenot Fleurie Les Moriers 2021: Gregoire Hoppenot’s meticulous craft shines in this wine, with deep notes of peony and cherry syrup balanced by fine tannins.
5. Hoppenot Fleurie Clos de l’Amandier 2021: A unique expression of Gamay, made with whole-cluster fermentation, native yeast, and no added sulfur, reflecting Hoppenot’s dedication to terroir.
