Coffee Cake Stout – Milk Stout

We made a deliciously silky milk stout with chocolate barley and rye malts. After fermentation, we dosed the beer with Saigon cinnamon sticks and freshly roasted Honduras and Ugandan coffee beans from Black and White coffee roasters.
