On Fleek White IPA

An ode to a time long ago. Carbon dating and hieroglyphics point to around 2014 AD when brewers were beginning to create IPAs with visual haze but the “New England” style hazy as we know it hadn’t yet changed the world. White IPAs used Belgian Witbier yeast and malts which give it Belgian aromas and a white appearance but at a gravity and hop schedule of an American IPA. Brewed with Michigan grown Chinook, Centennial, Citra and Riwaka.
